Tara is a level 3 meditation teacher qualified with the British School of Meditation
Her passion is to help others take their finger off the rewind or fast-forward buttons of life, which can throw us into thinking of the past or future & instead to place the finger on firmly on play and bring awareness to the present moment.
Level 1 Course
A four-week course designed to help ease you into your daily meditation practice.
As part of the course, you will be Introduced to many styles of meditation techniques including, Breath, Mantra, Contemplation, Buddhist, Mindfulness & Visualisation.
Level 2 Course
Following on from level 1 this three week Level 2 meditation course is designed to complement & enhance your current practice while deepening your knowledge and experience.
Part of the course includes new meditation techniques including Zen, Silence and the use of Mala Beads.
Classes are exclusive to those having completed the level 1 and level 2 courses.
The classes encourage you to keep up the momentum of your own personal daily practice, whilst further developing deeper meditation experiences & new techniques.
Meditation is freedom from our life situation & chaotic minds
I teach meditation in a small group format.
I am trained in a variety of meditation techniques & offer a light-hearted way of teaching by bringing an element of fun to the practice.
The four-week level one meditation course is followed by a three-week level two course. Meditation classes are available to those who have completed level one and two courses.
