Why I became a meditation teacher
My longing to help others began from working in the fitness industry and watching people enter the gym and push weights around in order to get their body into shape. From listening to their life stories, the worries and stresses, I came to realise the one area being neglected was the engine room of the body, the mind.
Now my passion is to not only help others train their bodies but to also help them change their perspective on life by training the brain. To take that finger off the rewind or fast-forward buttons of life that can throw us into thinking of the past or future, & instead to place the finger firmly on play and bring an awareness to the present moment.
